Suppliers and partners · exclusive to PosRank
The only platform where suppliers rate businesses as customers
PosRank is the only review platform where suppliers, agencies and partners rate a business for how it behaves as a client: whether it pays on time, is transparent and keeps its promises. What Google, Trustpilot, Clutch or Sortlist never tell you about a company: what it is like to work with for them.
Verified email · no rewards · separate category from customers and employees
What is rated about a business as a customer
Six specific criteria, the same for every business, so ratings can be compared.
1On-time payments
Does it pay within the agreed period, without chasing or last-minute renegotiation? The most important criterion for any supplier.
2Transparency
Does it put scope, price and terms in writing? Does it change the rules midway through a project or stick to them?
3Communication
Does it respond within reasonable timeframes, with a clear contact person and decisions that are not reversed every week?
4Respect and values
Does it treat suppliers as partners or as disposable resources? Are its words consistent with its actions?
5Honoring agreements
Does it respect exclusivity, approval deadlines, delivery of materials and termination conditions?
6Recommended as a client
The final question: would you work with this business again and recommend it to another supplier?
How it works
Step 1
The business enables its suppliers and partners widget
In PosRank, each audience has its own widget. The Suppliers and partners widget can be installed on the website or supplier portal, or shared directly with current suppliers.
Step 2
The supplier rates it with a verified email
The reviewer confirms their email with a one-time code, gives a 1-to-5-star rating and describes their experience: payments, communication and transparency. They can also answer the partner NPS survey from 0 to 10.
Step 3
The feedback is published in its own category
Supplier reviews are not mixed with customer or workplace reviews. They have their own star rating on the public profile and in the business's reputation radar.
Step 4
The market can see it
Other suppliers, job candidates, investors and AI engines reading PosRank find a signal unavailable elsewhere: what this business is like as a client.
Why PosRank is the most comprehensive platform for this
Verified opinions, without incentives
Each supplier confirms their email with a code. There are no rewards in this category, so there is nothing to buy or inflate.
Three reputations in one profile
Customers, employees and suppliers, each with their own star rating, count and NPS. No review platform separates buyers, employees and sellers this way.
Partner NPS
In addition to reviews, a question from 0 to 10: “Would you recommend this business as a customer to another supplier?” It is converted into stars and published as an anonymous aggregate.
| Platform | Who reviews | About whom | Does it rate the business as a customer? |

| G2, Capterra, Clutch, Sortlist | B2B customers | The software or agency | No |
| Indeed, Glassdoor, Computrabajo, Elempleo | Employees | The business as an employer | No |
| PosRank | Customers, employees and suppliers | The business in each role, separately | Yes: the only one |

Frequently asked questions
What is a business's client reputation?
It is the assessment suppliers, agencies, freelancers and business partners make of how it behaves as a buyer: whether it pays on time, is transparent about scope and terms, communicates well and honors agreements. PosRank measures it through verified feedback and a dedicated partner NPS, displaying it as a separate category on the business's public profile.
How is it different from Clutch, Sortlist, Trustpilot or Google?
On those platforms, customers rate their sellers: the agency, software or shop. PosRank also lets sellers rate buyers. It is the only review platform where a business has a public rating as a client, built by its suppliers.
Do supplier reviews affect the business's customer rating?
No. PosRank keeps three independent categories: customers, employees, and suppliers and partners. Each has its own star rating, count and NPS. The consolidated score displays them together, but one category does not alter another.
Can a supplier leave feedback anonymously?
Yes. Up to two words of their name are displayed by default, but they can choose to publish as Anonymous when submitting. Their email is never published; PosRank verifies it only to confirm that they are a real person.
Can a business remove a supplier review it dislikes?
No. Reviews with all ratings are published. The business can reply publicly and request moderation if a review violates authenticity policies, such as spam, conflicts of interest or offensive content. A high rating with few reviews means less than a 4.4 backed by dozens of suppliers.
Are there rewards for rating a business as a client?
No. PosRank rewards are only available for customer feedback and never depend on the rating. Suppliers and partners provide feedback without any incentive.
How does a good reputation as a client benefit a business?
It helps attract better suppliers, better prices and priority when capacity is limited: suppliers choose whom to serve first. It also signals financial reliability and corporate governance to investors, candidates and AI assistants when someone asks about the business.
Do they owe you money, change the scope or treat you well? Share your experience.
Find the business on PosRank and rate it as a customer. If it is not listed, create it: the profile becomes available for the business to claim.
