PosRank Privacy Policy

What information we process, how we use it and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who operates PosRank

PosRank is a service provided by QUANTUM LATAM, LLC, limited liability company incorporated in Delaware (Delaware LLC), with operations in Miami, Florida, United States. The company is responsible for the data it uses to administer PosRank, its accounts, billing, security and user support.

  • Constitución: 16 de marzo de 2026.
  • Número de archivo de Delaware: 10549154. EIN: 61-2340987.
  • Privacy contact: admin@posrank.co.

This policy covers the PosRank website, dashboard and widgets, including when they appear on other businesses' websites. Those websites and external platforms have their own policies.

2. Information we receive

  • Account and business: name, email, photo, business details, links, content and preferences you provide when registering or using the dashboard.
  • Participation: verified name and email when requested, rating, comment, review link, screenshots, acceptance of terms, review decisions and related rewards.
  • NPS surveys: score, optional comment, participation identifier and, when there is a verified session, its link to the participant. You can answer an open survey without creating an account.
  • Imported contacts: email, classification of the relationship with the business and invitation history. This classification can distinguish customers and employees without asking them on the public form.
  • Operations and support: communications, errors, session identifiers and abuse controls. We may process IP addresses when infrastructure provides them through a trusted source.

The widget does not ask users to select a country. The region chosen when analyzing a website is the market you want to evaluate, not a declaration of residence.

3. Website analysis and email OTP

When you request an analysis from the homepage or tools, we store the URL, region, email, source, date and status. After you verify the OTP code, we create your account if it does not already exist, sign you in and link the analysis to your account. You can sign in again using a code sent to the same email, without a password. Requesting a code without verifying it does not create an account.

We also record pending verifications, errors and results. Authorized administrators may consult them to handle requests, resolve failures and prevent abuse. We process public website content and signals obtained during analysis: do not enter private links containing credentials or confidential information.

4. Purposes of processing

We use data to verify access, manage accounts and businesses, prepare analyses, receive surveys and reviews, moderate evidence, manage rewards, process purchases and answer inquiries. It also helps maintain the service, prevent duplicates and fraud, and meet applicable obligations.

The legal basis depends on the feature and applicable law: providing the requested service, fulfilling legal obligations, serving legitimate interests such as security where applicable, or obtaining consent when necessary. A verification code does not constitute authorization for advertising.

5. What information is public

Public profiles display business information published by their administrators. Published first-hand reviews may display up to two words of the customer's name, text, stars, date and whether a reward exists. Employment-related opinions are identified and excluded from the customer average.

Emails and screenshots are not published on the profile: they remain available for authorized review. NPS comments are private unless their author authorizes publication through “Publish my rating and comment” or “Submit and publish my comment”. If the business enables this and receives at least 10 customer responses, their scores are converted into stars and combined with reviews to calculate one public rating, with equal weight per response. Authorized comments appear alongside reviews on the profile and in widgets as “Anonymous”, or with up to two words of the name if the author also authorized its publication. Earlier comments without publication authorization, names without authorization, other contact details and voice notes remain private. NPS does not earn rewards.

A review published on Google, Trustpilot or another platform is governed by that third party's rules. Deleting data from PosRank does not remove that external publication.

6. Google sign-in

If you choose Google, we receive your account identifier and authorized basic information, such as email, name and photo, to create or recognize your profile and maintain your session. Sign-in does not request access to Gmail, contacts or Drive files.

You can revoke the connection in Google's security settings. This does not automatically delete data already stored in PosRank; use our deletion procedure to request that.

7. Businesses, suppliers and artificial intelligence

A business importing contacts or configuring surveys must have authorization and explain how it uses the data. When PosRank processes information on the business's behalf, it follows the business's instructions within the service. We may coordinate with the business on requests affecting its records.

We use Supabase for authentication, databases and storage; Vercel for hosting and analytics; SendGrid for email; and Stripe for payments. They receive the information needed for their role. We may also disclose data to meet legal obligations, respond to valid requests or protect rights and security.

Analysis and moderation assistance may send website content, review text or screenshots to the configured AI provider. Avoid including identity documents, bank details or unnecessary information about others. Automated results may contain errors; you can ask us to review a result or decision about your participation.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Stripe processes payments in its own environment. PosRank receives customer, transaction and subscription identifiers, amounts, status and limited payment-method data to manage billing and credits. It does not store full card numbers or security codes. See the Stripe privacy policy.

9. Cookies and browser storage

Authentication uses session data. The browser may store preferences, a temporary copy of the analysis, the widget session and participation markers. To decide whether the popup should reopen automatically, the widget checks browser storage without looking up participation by email, account or IP address.

Submitting a response prevents automatic reopening while that marker remains stored; “Later” postpones it for a month. Clearing browser data or switching devices may cause it to appear again. Clearing that storage does not delete records from our servers.

The site integrates Vercel Web Analytics for statistics on visits, pages and general technical characteristics. Its privacy documentation describes this processing. Blocking necessary storage may prevent access or affect functionality.

10. Location, security and retention

We operate from the United States, and providers may process data in other countries. Legal protection may differ from that in your place of residence; we will apply the safeguards required for transfers subject to applicable regulations.

We use access controls, session verification, expiring codes and restricted access to evidence. No system guarantees absolute security. Do not share passwords or OTP codes, and notify us if you detect unauthorized access.

We retain information according to its purpose, account activity, participation reviews, rewards and legal obligations. The expiration of a code does not delete every record of the request. When processing a deletion, we may retain data needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or legal requirements, with restricted access. There is no single deletion period for all categories.

11. Your requests and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

Contact admin@posrank.co specifying the associated email, business or URL and what you are requesting. We will verify your identity proportionately, without asking for passwords or OTP codes. We will inform you of the outcome and applicable exceptions within the relevant legal deadline.

To close your account or request the deletion of a participation or analysis without an account, follow the account and data deletion instructions. Uninstalling the PWA or signing out does not request deletion.

12. Minors and updates

PosRank is intended for adults. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact the address above so we can review the case and take appropriate action.

We will update this policy when features, processing activities or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version with its date, communicate relevant changes through appropriate channels and request additional consent when necessary.
